1. Scope & provider
These terms govern your use of EziLens. The provider is BLOOM & NOURISH LTD (details in the imprint), “the provider”.
2. Service
EziLens is a decision-support platform for life in Germany, offering educational, source-backed guidance and AI-supported tools. EziLens does not provide professional advice (see clause 7).
3. Account & sign-in
Some features require an account. Sign-in uses a magic link (an email with a one-time link or code) and a session — there is no password. You are responsible for the security of your email access.
4. Free & Plus; credits
EziLens offers a free tier (Free) and a paid tier (Plus). AI features consume credits: Free includes 20 credits per month and Plus 500 credits per month, shared across all AI tools and reset monthly. Credits have no cash value, are non-transferable and are not unlimited.
5. Price & payment
Plus costs €7.99 per month or €79 per year, unless the checkout page states otherwise. Payment is handled by an external payment provider.
6. Cancellation & withdrawal
You can manage or cancel Plus via the Contact page. Where you are a consumer, your statutory right of withdrawal for digital content and services applies and remains unaffected by these terms; statutory consumer rights are not limited. We do not promise refunds beyond your statutory rights.
7. No professional advice
EziLens provides educational, source-backed guidance only. It does not provide legal, tax, medical or financial advice. For binding decisions, please consult a licensed professional.
8. AI output
AI-supported outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete. You should verify important decisions against official sources or with a professional before acting.
9. Public & official data
External and official data may change, be delayed or be incomplete. We give no guarantee as to the currency or availability of such data.
10. User responsibilities
You agree not to misuse the service (for example automated scraping, overloading our systems, or circumventing protective measures) and not to submit unlawful content.
11. Affiliate & external links
Some features link to partners, and EziLens may earn a commission. External websites are the responsibility of their respective providers.
12. Liability
The provider is liable under the applicable statutory rules, in particular for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
13. Changes
These terms may be amended with effect for the future. The current version is always available on this page.
14. Governing law & dispute resolution
German consumer-protection law applies to the extent it provides you with mandatory protection. Information on consumer dispute resolution will be provided here.
15. Severability
If any provision is or becomes invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions is unaffected.
