The SIRUI 35mm Anamorphic - turning you into a filmmaker. The SIRUI anamorphic lens produces an image circle large enough to cover APS-C sensors. Because the field of view is anamorphic, it is wider than any conventional 35mm lens. It expands the field of view by up to 33%, resulting in an equivalent field of view of approximately 26.3mm. With a 16:9 sensor setting, the resulting image has a 2.4:1 widescreen aspect ratio. This SIRUI lens features the typical characteristics of a true anamorphic cinema lens, such as backlight effects.
