More regionality, more organic, more Bavaria - Kaniber: "Bavaria's state canteens lead by example"

According to a new survey, 82 out of 91 managed state canteens in Bavaria already source half of their food from regional and organic production. Bavarian State Government set a target of at least 50 percent regional or organic food in state canteens by 2025.
