Your free credit report

1× a year · €0

Once a year you can check SCHUFA and the other German bureaus for €0 — many people pay €29.95 by mistake.

Free — Datenkopie (Art. 15 GDPR)

A full copy of the data stored about you — €0, and even more detailed than the paid report. For your own check only (not to hand to a landlord).

Request free

Paid — BonitätsAuskunft (~€29.95)

The certificate you SHOW a landlord or bank. Only buy it if someone explicitly requires it — otherwise the free copy is enough.

Watch out

Always pick the FREE “Datenkopie nach Art. 15 DSGVO”. Skip the paid upsells and paid third-party “Selbstauskunft” services — the copy is your legal right, for €0.

Check all three bureaus — each is free

A wrong entry at any of them can cost you a flat or a loan. Each one must give you a free copy.

How it works

  1. 1Open the bureau's free “Datenkopie” request.
  2. 2Confirm your identity (ID upload or by post).
  3. 3Get your report in about 7–14 days.

Why check every year

Errors in your file can block an apartment, loan or contract. A yearly free check lets you find and fix them in time.
